DISABILITIES Cricket

The 2022 International Cricket Inclusion Series saw Australia's most talented cricketers with a disability back in action for the first time since the pandemic. All three of Australia’s National Disability Squads - blind, deaf and intellectual disability - played against touring opposition, England and New Zealand.

As Cricket Australia’s videographer, I joined the teams in Queensland for two weeks to produce multimedia content for the series. I was to film and edit training sessions, matches, player interviews and key tournament moments. We created content promoting awareness of each disability variation of the game, highlighted what cricket means to individual athletes and showcased the great cricket on offer throughout the tournament. 

I was responsible for:

• Filming videos of the International Cricket Inclusion Series

• Editing videos for Cricket Australia’s social media, cricket.com.au and YouTube Channel.

• Providing photography for editorial and social media use

• Providing traditional media outlets with newsworthy video content.
